All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are subject to change without notice. Prices at the time of order confirmation are binding. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors.
We accept InstaPay and Cash on Delivery (COD). Payment details are confirmed via WhatsApp after order placement. We do not store payment information.
Delivery within Cairo takes 24–72 hours. Outside Cairo, 3–5 business days. Ramada Group is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or force majeure events.

We offer free shipping on all orders across Egypt. No minimum order value required.
After placing your order, our team will contact you via WhatsApp within 1–2 hours to confirm your order details, delivery address, and estimated delivery time.
All surgical instruments are packaged in secure, sterile-safe packaging to maintain product integrity during transit. Fragile items receive extra protective packaging.
Our courier service operates Sunday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM and Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Friday deliveries are not available.
You will receive real-time updates on your order status via WhatsApp. Contact us at any time at +20 111 733 3851 for delivery inquiries.
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, we will contact you to reschedule at no additional cost.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for products that are:

Upon approval, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via InstaPay or cash collection.
All Ramada Group products carry a 2-year manufacturing defect guarantee. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect within this period, we will replace it or issue a full refund.
For approved returns, we arrange free pickup from your location. You do not need to ship the product yourself.
